They have two young boys working there, who are absolutely disgusting. We we're walking up the stairs to the big slide when the teenage boys were laughing to each other using the N word, and talking about a girl who likes black men and how she likes receiving them.
While we were here my daughter had fallen and needed emergency help. The staff here were very quick in giving us the attention we needed. John who was overseeing us made sure all of needs were met. He even made it a point to keep checking in with us throughout the day. I am very thankful for his help and kindness.
Went today! Clean, not crowded, great staff. Perhaps adding more slides would be better and maybe more additions to the play structure would be better and also more props at the lazy river. Wave pool too! But, I did fall on the stairs. Nothing major, but sore. Also my brother fell on the tube slide and injured his hip.
Not Adventure Island, but also not Adventure Island prices! Staff is kind and attentive. We bought the season passes late in the season, but still feel like we got our monies worth! We've been at least 6 times and my grandsons love it. Everyone we've brought loves it. Welcome to Florida, though, just like any other park, if it is lightning, they're going to close the slides and possibly the park.
Great location, poor attraction. If you are not a fan of Holiday Inn or hotels of that quality I would strongly urge you to avoid this pit and literally do anything else in the area. Imagine you were at the pool within trailer park community and your expectations will be met. Even after a half price entrance discount I feel robbed. On a positive note, if you show up early enough there is a decent amount of free parking, that's worth 2 stars.

I did read reviews before coming about how expensive it is… I feel like it’s a nice spot to have some fun! Sure the price is a little high but I can’t see myself doing this everyday either. The drinks and food were good. Service was good. All in all we had a wonderful day! We plan to visit again soon!
