Room decent. Amenities far. But...slight mishap with check out process. Their staff was blunt, cold, and rude. This will be the last time we ever work with this company.
We successfully dealt with them for a few years now, but now they rented the condo we agreed to rent for next year, to someone else even though they had us blocked in for the two weeks. This is upsetting and unacceptable. We will not use them again.
